The MobiEHR® Health ID Card includes prescriptions, vaccinations, surgeries, blood type, blood sugar, special equipment, and or ICD-10 medical conditions and up-to-date treatment records; including special instructions for the medical care for a special needs child and participation in the Emergency Alert and Family Reunification registry in the event of a U.S. disaster.
We use the MobiEHR® Health ID Card system to obtain information to show our donors the specific relief aid supplies that are needed to save children's lives!
