CharityMobi finds that is more cost effective to purchase vendor cards and use smart card software that is currently in the market.

Marc Jacquinot makes sure that any purchase of card technology will meet CharityMobi's needs for providing World Heath Relief Aid for children, globally. CharityMobi is required to bid any purchase that exceeds $50,000 in any calendar year, unless the Vendor's card has proprietary features that no other microchip health card can provide.
